[GAP Forum] Package Digraphs on Windows

Hi Hebert,

It requires compilation - we build it with Cygwin when wrapping up GAP distribution
for Windows. GAP 4.11.1 comes with Digraphs in working order - do you need to use
the latest version which is not in GAP 4.11.1?
