[GAP Forum] GRAPE 4.8.3 in GAP 4.11.0

Dear GAP Forum,

I am pleased to announce that the newest release of GRAPE,
version 4.8.3, is available in GAP 4.11.0.

In particular, new components maximumClique and minimumVertexColouring 
for (simple) GRAPE graphs have been implemented, and these components may 
be set or used by various GRAPE functions.
