Dear Abdulsatar,
I suggest to do the following two changes:
1) move the line
Read("d:/runprogram/starcomp.txt");
above defining the function AutGrpOfPCG in your script
2) remove 'starcomp' from 'local ...' in AutGrpOfPCG since
it is defined elsewhere.
