You can use the following command
 
gap> RequirePackage("SONATA");;
gap> Subgroups(SmallGroup(4,2));
[ Group([  ]), Group([ f1 ]), Group([ f2 ]), Group([ f1*f2 ]),
  Group([ f1, f2 ]) ]
gap>
