[GAP Forum] Linear Optimization

Dear Forum,

I notice that Gábor Nagy is interested in linear 
programming in GAP, and if he wishes to implement 
the Simplex Method then I think I have summarized 
it quite succinctly (although I don't cover 
anti-cycling very well) in a book I have written
