[GAP Forum] A problem simplified

	Dear Gap Forum;
	I further reduced my problem to the following problem:
	Let Z_p be the finite field with p elements then there exists
some N such that for all p>N the interval [-(p+1)/4, (p-1)/4] contains a
generator of Z_p^*. I was wondering if anybody knows a result like this
in number theory either in the form of a conjecture or a Theorem.
