Dear Forum Members--

On behalf of the GAP Council let me reinforce Joachim Neubueser's thanks
and good wishes to Frank Celler. It has been a genuine pleasure to work
with Frank, and to watch his development from a shy student to a
confident pillar of the GAP community. I would like to think that GAP had
given as much to Frank as he has given to GAP, but whether or not that is
so we owe him an enormous debt, not only for his unfailing helpfulness
and chunks of code but also for his ability to ask the kinds of questions
that point out problems and suggest potential improvements.

We will miss you, Frank.
