Martin answered two letters a moment ago, and all real information
needed is in his answers, but let me clarify two points:

1. Alain Dresse asked of course if there is something for GAP *such
as* the share library for Maple. The answer to this is: not yet , but
there will be and in fact a beginning will be made at the time of the
release of GAP 3.2, which we hope to get out in real near future (dont
ask back what that means exactly) with a few such packages. We will
then also explain how this will be organised.

2. Martin gave a fix for Derek Holt's (justified) complaint. He did
not mention, but this should be understood that this fix as hopefully
all that have been given in such cases will be contained in GAP 3.2.
